2020年4月1日，印度电子和信息技术部发布公告，《电子和信息技术产品（强制性注册要求）法令，2012》新增第4批管制产品，包括LED模块，灯串，U盘，电饭煲，电磁炉等12类产品落入CRS注册法令范围。
重要时间：
1.自法令公告发布之日起的6个月后， 即2020年10月1日起强制执行。
2.强制实施后，针对新增入CRS注册计划的管制产品，海外制造商的印度当地代理人可以给予3个月的过渡期，即2021年1月1日之前，在港口给已获得BIS认证号码的产品补贴上认证标志，以便货物清关。
