美国服装及鞋类产品安全协会（AAFA）发布第15版的受限物质清单

2014年12月9日，美国服装及鞋类产品安全协会（AAFA）在孟加拉国首都达卡举行的美国国际产品安全、工人安全及供应链符合性会议上发布了第15版的受限物质清单。受限物质清单中增加的受限化学物质邻苯二甲酸二异己酯、氯化镉、硼酸钠，硼酸及钠盐、过硼酸钠（无水）涉及到纺织服装、鞋、旅行用品、家用纺织品和其它时尚配件。另外清单中移除了六氯环己烷，此类物质可能对纺织品影响比较小。

美国服装及鞋类产品安全协会（AAFA）每半年发布的受限物质清单已成为协助品牌、零售商和制造商识别其产品可能含有的危害物质，符合产品销售市场的相关要求，为全球越来越多的品牌、零售商和制造商化学品的管理工具。

以下为第15版的受限物质清单具体更新情况：

邻苯二甲酸盐 Phthalates	增加邻苯二甲酸二异己酯(DIHP) Added 1,2- Benzenedicarboxylic acid. Dihexyl ester. Branched and linear CAS 68515-50-4	含有塑料（如PVC, PU等）和胶水的产品；表面涂层印花的纺织品等。 Products containing plastics (PVC, PU, etc.) and adhesive; Paints, printing inks and coatings of textiles.
Appendix I附件1	增加邻苯二甲酸二异己酯 Added 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, dihexyl ester, branched and linear CAS: 68515-50-4 REACH SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern)	属高度关注物质（SVHC）增加新的项目，需要进行SVHC测试的产品都可能会产生影响。 Belongs to SVHC items, may effected the products which need SVHC test.

Appendix I附件1	增加硼酸钠，硼酸及钠盐 Added Sodium perborate; perboric acid, sodium salt CAS: NA REACH SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern)	医药上用的消毒剂和钉菌剂，作媒染剂、洗涤剂助剂、氧化剂、漂白剂、脱臭剂。属高度关注物质（SVHC）增加新的项目，需要进行SVHC测试的产品都可能会产生影响。 Used as mordant, detergents and detergency promoter, oxidizing agents, bleaching agents, sweetening agent.
